Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust

The formation of the Trust was initiated by the philanthorpic spirit of Hon’ble. Thiru. S. Regupathy, Minister of State for Environment & Forests and a group of like-minded patrons. The avowed objective of the Trust is to provide facilities for innovative higher education with vocational basis.

In 1994, The trust established The J.J. College of Arts and Science in Pudukkottai. The college today offers 35 courses of study and has had the honour of being accredited with B + + Grade, (equivalent to Five Star status) by NAAC, Bangalore.

Having established arts and science college of excellence, the trust deemed it fit to start an engineering college, and the Karpaga vinayaga college of engineering and Technology (KVCET) was established in 2001.

The trust, becoming aware of the ever increasing demand for human resources in the fast developing areas of medicine and dental sciences, decided to establish, develop and run an ace institution in the field of dentistry, Karpaga Vinayaga institute of dental sciences (KIDS). The College aims at imparting the best type of dental education.
